Look Up

You look up, expecting to see the starry skies of nighttime, judging by the amount of darkness.

What you get instead is a sky devoid of stars entirely, swathed in the reds, pinks, and purples of twilight, and a giant full moon taking up most of the sky.

The moon is in the shape of a madly grinning face. It's crescent smile and angry-looking eyes leer down at you. You cannot shake the feeling of being watched.

You shiver a little, and turn your gaze away from the heavens.
